Renowned investor Bill Ackman’s firm recently acquired over 2.67 million shares of a top-tier stock.
According to the latest 13-F filing with the SEC, Pershing Square Capital Management invested $1.76 billion in shares of Meta Platforms (META) in the fourth quarter of 2025.
META, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, is currently trading at around $643, marking a more than 10% decline over the past year.
Simultaneously, Ackman’s firm divested its entire stake in Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (CMG) in the same quarter, following a report in the third quarter of owning 21,541,177 shares in the company valued at approximately $844,198,000.
CMG is currently trading at about $38, reflecting a 29% decrease over the past year.
In addition, Pershing Square Capital Management reduced its exposure to Alphabet (GOOG), Uber (UBER), and Restaurant Brands International Inc (QSR) between the third and fourth quarters of 2025.
The firm decreased its holdings of Alphabet’s Class C shares (GOOG) by 160,160 shares, bringing the total to 6,163,871 shares worth $1,934,222,000, and reduced its holdings of Class A shares (GOOGL) by 4,165,676 shares, totaling 678,297 shares valued at $212,306,000.
Google’s shares are currently trading at around $303, showing an increase of over 63% in the past year.
Pershing also reduced its stake in Uber by 62,784 shares, bringing the total down to 30,207,734 shares worth $2,468,273,000.
Uber’s current trading price is approximately $72, down more than 10% in the last year.
The firm decreased its shares in QSR, which owns popular brands like Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs, by 48,723 shares, totaling 22,866,773 shares valued at $1,560,199,000.
QSR is currently trading at about $68, up nearly 7% over the past year.
Pershing Square Capital Management oversees a total of $15.5 billion in assets under management.
