BitMart has set an earlier withdrawal deadline for its U.S. users, which is Aug. 8 at 23:59 UTC. This deadline is in advance of the global trading halt scheduled for Aug. 26. The U.S. user notice applies to individuals residing in or located in the United States, as well as those treated as U.S. users under BitMart’s agreement and policies.
Users covered by this notice are advised to take several actions before the deadline, including canceling orders, closing positions, and withdrawing eligible balances. Assets that are not supported by the intended destination may need to be converted or withdrawn. BitMart may impose further restrictions on affected accounts after the deadline, with the handling of remaining assets subject to applicable law and the exchange’s compliance procedures.
Withdrawals after the deadline may require verification, source-of-funds information, proof of ownership of the destination wallet, or a security review. BitMart did not specify a maximum processing time, so requests submitted before the deadline may undergo checks post-deadline.
Moving to BitMart U.S. involves creating a new account on a separate platform that requires its own identity verification. Users must ensure that their assets, networks, and intended services are supported on this platform. Registration does not guarantee access to specific products.
The U.S. notice and BitMart’s global wind-down notice establish separate timelines. For the wider platform, BitMart has planned gradual suspensions of various activities starting July 26. The timeline for these measures is not specified, and it is unclear if they are already active platform-wide.

BitMart plans to halt all trading operations, including spot and futures trading, at 01:00 UTC on Aug. 26. Users are strongly advised to submit withdrawal requests before 05:00 UTC on the same day. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional processing requirements.
Withdrawals not completed within the recommended period will be subject to a separate procedure with additional documentation requirements. Processing delays may occur due to high volume, compliance reviews, blockchain congestion, or additional document requests.
The trading platform will cease operations on Jan. 31, 2027, at 15:59 UTC. Users will have access to their accounts for a period after this date to review records and submit any pending withdrawals.
