KYOCERA AVX has expanded its KGU Series ultra-low-ESR C0G (NP0) RF MLCCs with a 0201 case size for high-frequency applications including wireless devices, Wi-Fi networks, cellular base stations, and satellite communications. The capacitors are rated from 6.3 V to 250 V with capacitance values from 0.1 pF to 100 pF, tolerances as low as ±0.05 pF, and an operating temperature range of −55°C to +125°C. The series supports bypass, coupling, DC blocking, matching, filtering, and tuning functions, with high Q, high self-resonant frequencies, and low ESR for signal integrity in compact RF designs.
