Movandi has introduced the MV3564 and MV3514 frequency synthesizers, which are two pin- and feature-compatible devices designed for wireless infrastructure, AI data center links, and physical AI systems. These parts are specified to have 75 fs total jitter at 150 mW, feature an integrated VCO, support multi-PLL frequency and phase synchronization, and offer complementary bands of 4.3-8.7 GHz and 8.6-12.3 GHz (MV3564), as well as 7.76-9.84 GHz and 12.33-14.34 GHz (MV3514). The integrated architecture of these synthesizers can help reduce board footprint and power consumption for system designers while facilitating deterministic phase alignment across multi-chip clocking designs.
