Signal Hound has introduced Radar Pulse Generator, a licensed upgrade for its VSG60 and VSG200 signal generators that creates radar pulse trains with configurable pulse shape, timing, coding, modulation, and antenna scan patterns. The software includes a sequence editor, supports CW, linear chirp, Barker, polyphase, Frank, and custom pulse formats and can be used to test radar and electronic warfare receivers, pulse-processing algorithms, and pulsed RF components.
