Lookonchain, a blockchain tracker, reports that a savvy crypto trader has achieved an impressive 38,399x return on a new memecoin.
According to Lookonchain, an anonymous trader has reaped massive profits from Just a Chill Guy (CHILLGUY), a memecoin built on Solana (SOL) and inspired by a viral cartoon.

12 days ago, this trader invested only 0.75 SOL($160) to purchase 12.5M CHILLGUY on http://Pump.fun, later selling 2.8M CHILLGUY for 149 $SOL($35.4K). The trader still holds 9.62M CHILLGUY($6.1M), with a total profit of $6.14M!”
CHILLGUY has gained significant popularity as a memecoin in recent weeks.
Last week, the creator of the viral “Chill Guy” meme cautioned CHILLGUY holders about potential legal action due to copyright concerns.
Chill Guy creator Phillip Banks stated on the social media platform X that he intends to take legal action against unauthorized commercial use of his cartoon.
“Just to clarify, Chill Guy has been copyrighted. I will be issuing takedown notices for any commercial-related activities in the coming days.”
At the time of writing, CHILLGUY is trading at $0.461, marking a 16.1% increase from a week ago. Following Banks’ announcement, CHILLGUY experienced a 54% drop in value. This highly volatile memecoin was launched less than two weeks ago.
