The Sub-GHz Bodywave™ and Wi-Fi6E Bodywave™ antennas from AntennaWare are designed for on-body and on-metal wireless applications, expanding the company’s portfolio beyond DECT, Bluetooth, and UWB solutions. The Sub-GHz Bodywave™ supports license-exempt ISM bands from 868 MHz to 915 MHz and is available in embedded and low-profile external versions, with reported 6 to 12 dB link margin improvement in non-line-of-sight conditions. The Wi-Fi6E Bodywave™ operates at 6 GHz and is intended to reduce body-blocking effects in high-frequency applications, supporting use cases such as wearable devices, asset tracking, and high-data-rate wireless systems.
