The MM5627 from Menlo Microsystems is an 80 Gbps differential switch designed for high-speed test and validation of AI GPUs, CPUs, and advanced semiconductor ICs. Part of the MM562x series, the device integrates DP3T switching logic, a charge pump, high-voltage driver, and loopback circuitry in a compact System-in-Package, supporting 20 GHz bandwidth, 128 control states, and more than three billion switching cycles with SPI control. The switch targets automated test environments requiring flexible signal routing, loopback, and high-frequency performance for PCIe Gen6 and SerDes applications.
