Modelithics® has introduced the latest version of Modelithics COMPLETE Library™ v26.4 designed specifically for Keysight ADS. This update offers support for ADS versions 2024 through 2027 on both Windows and Linux 64-bit platforms. The new release includes 25 nonlinear Microchip diode models covering PIN and varactor families, six nonlinear GaN HEMT models from Guerilla RF, 20 additional Microwave Global Models™ for passive components, and three TTM coupler models. Notably, the frequency coverage now extends up to 110 GHz for selected diode models and 150 GHz for selected passive models. These added measurement-based models aim to enhance simulation-to-measurement correlation and minimize redesign efforts for RF, microwave, and high-speed design teams across various industries such as communications, defense, sensing, and infrastructure applications.
