Is a 77% Rally Next?

Pudgy Penguins has recently shown a strong bullish signal, indicating a potential 77% increase in value.

Over the past couple of months, the Tom DeMarm (TD) Sequential indicator has been quite accurate in forecasting the token’s price movements.

Pudgy Penguins and the TD Sequential

Back on August 7, the indicator triggered a buy signal, leading to a significant 77.64% surge. This coincided with promotional activities by LBank and Igloo Inc., the parent company of Pudgy Penguins, which also expanded its presence in major North American retail stores. Additionally, CEO Luca Netz hinted at a possible public listing within two years, creating positive market sentiment.

Another notable signal was on September 15, when a buy signal resulted in a 66.94% profit. During this period, PENGU hit its lowest point for the month before bouncing back due to increased selling pressure following the unlocking of a large number of tokens.

Despite a 63%-66% rebound over the next 10 days, PENGU eventually dropped to $0.0068 after hitting a peak of $0.01114 on September 25.

Factors contributing to the mid-September price movement included technical indicators, retail visibility, and market events such as the Pengu World Tour in Seoul.

On September 25, a sell signal saw PENGU lose 32.58% of its value, dropping back to the $0.0068 support level.

Technical analysis indicated oversold conditions, with the RSI signaling overbought status. The token faced resistance at the $0.010 mark, leading to a cascade of long liquidations.
