Exciting news from Modelithics as they announce the release of the latest version, v24.7, of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for the Cadence AWR Design Environment Platform. This new release includes over 50 new models, adding 2,110 additional components to the library, which now features over 28,000 components from 75+ vendors. Compatibility is ensured with Cadence AWR Design Environment v17.03+ and v16.
Among the highlights of this release are over 40 new Microwave Global Models for capacitors, resistors, and inductors from top manufacturers such as Amotech, Murata, TDK, and more. Additionally, new models for Smith Interconnect splitter devices and Analog Devices amplifier ADL8142 validated up to 67GHz have been added.
In this latest release, users can also benefit from a new measurement-based behavioral model for Analog Devices amplifier ADL8142 validated up to 67 GHz, featuring advanced model features such as bias, substrate, and temperature selectability. A large-signal model for TagoreTech HMT GaN power transistor, suitable for Class AB and Class C operation, is also now available. Furthermore, five new models for International Manufacturing Services (IMS) splitters, validated from 30-67 GHz, are included in this release.
