Bitcoin (BTC) and altcoins have recently experienced a significant crash, but the upcoming month of October, historically known as a bullish and strong month, is expected to bring positive movements.
With bullish sentiments for October on the rise, Santiment has identified the top five altcoin projects with the most active development activity in the last 30 days.
Leading the list is Ethereum (ETH), followed by BNB Chain and Polygon.

According to the data, there were 2,903 development events within the Ethereum ecosystem last month, making ETH the frontrunner in this aspect.
The gap between Ethereum and BNB Chain, the second-highest on the list, was significant, with BNB Chain hosting 1,471 development events. Polygon, Optimism, and Arbitrum followed closely behind with 1,282, 1,140, and 1,104 development events respectively.
