Sendmarc has appointed Dan Levinson as Customer Success Director – North America to enhance the company’s regional presence and deliver tailored support to organizations in the continent. Levinson will spearhead customer success initiatives aimed at bolstering email security and ensuring compliance with Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC).
With over 15 years of experience in email security, deliverability, account management, and product leadership, Levinson brings extensive knowledge in implementing and managing email authentication protocols such as Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), and DMARC. He has successfully helped organizations implement these standards to reduce impersonation risks and enhance deliverability. His efforts have led to a 25% decrease in support cases amidst a 20% year-over-year growth in customers.
As Customer Success Director, Levinson will establish a dedicated team to offer expert support to Sendmarc’s North American clients. The team will collaborate closely with customers to promote the adoption of DMARC and related standards, enabling enhanced protection and visibility across their email systems.
